Development
During ASU's winter break, I began the development of this small platformer. Originally, I made significant progress on this project and reached a point where I began to program the first boss battle. However, as the winter break progressed and my available free time decreased, I made the decision to create a VR project instead to pursue my interest in VR game development. Consequently, I ceased progress on this project.

Photos from Developement
Looking through my computer's hard drive, I found a couple of images/videos of Upturn during its early stages in development and I thought it would be interesting to add these to this page to show just how much the game changed over time.

Platformer
This game was intended to be a small platformer in which the player, a small sorcerer, would face off against various foes. However, as my interests shifted to other projects, I slowly lost my drive to work on this project. While it remains unfinished, I am still proud of the progress I made on the project and the "beginning of a platformer" I was able to create. Who knows, I may one day revisit the project and complete the much-needed boss battle.
